Due to the sensitivity of the institutional records, access to the records is limited to Center staff members who are expressly permitted access by the Institutional Archivist and the Center's Director of Operations or equivalent executive officer.
All document requests require filing a Helpdesk request and the necessary permissions from departmental supervisors.
Inquiries and Comments regarding the Institutional Archive should be directed to the Institutional Archivist by placing a CJH Helpdesk request. To place a request please go to https://helpdesk.cjh.org/, locate the Template drop-down menu, select General>Institutional Archive and fill out the form with as much details as possible.
